Dr Michael Reddy, Director

Best known as the Founder and former Chairman of ICAS, the psychological services company, which he ran for 20 years and brought to international status with 17 offices overseas, Michael is the Director of Shenley Holdings.

Lindsay Soulsby, Operations Director

Former strategic Marketing Manager for Abbey, Global Head of Design for Barclays, HR Performance Specialist for Accenture, and more recently L&D Specialist for Rothschild, Lindsay is Operations Director for Shenley Holdings.

Linda Hoskinson, Practice Director

Qualified internationally as CEAP and the first UK President of EAPA, Linda Hoskinson plays a strategic role for Shenley Holdings, with particular focus on People Resolutions and Human Potential Accounting.

Natalia Reddy, Communications Manager

Journalist, professional photographer, and all round Web 2.0 guru who knows the importance of connecting people, Natalia Reddy is Shenley Holding’s Communications Manager.

Rebecca Taylor, IT Systems Support and Group Office Manager

An invaluable member of the team, Rebecca maintains the Shenley Group IT development – including all databases and internal and external communications – and organises all aspects of the Head Office. To everyone's joy, she also coordinates all Group hospitality and events.

Yousif is developing online publication and networking facilities.  Yousif holds a Master of Science in Theoretical Physics and Applied Mathematics from the University of Birmgham.  He is interested in pattern recognition, artificial intelligence and quantum computing.
