Established in 2008, Human Potential Accounting (HPA) measures the financial impact of an organisation's HR investment, in terms of both the value created by individuals and the risks to the business which people represent, simply because they are people and not any other kind of asset.
In September 2009, Human Potential Accounting is launching HubCap, a digital library and business network designed to bring together HR, Occupational Psychology, finance and management specialists interested in jointly shaping the future of Human Capital Management. Membership-only, the site will serve as a learning lens and collaborative focal point for researchers and practitioners to access a range of quality and emerging materials.
